Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the actual price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order number and payment details. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly.
