This is one of our long time favorite necklaces! An oblong gold filled circle (hand shaped - each one is unique!) measuring about 1.25" wide by 1" tall is hammered and added to an oxidized sterling silver chain. The blackened silver won't turn your skin green and is safe for sensitive skin! We've also spotted Chelsea Handler wearing it on her show multiple times!
